Customers will receive a refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation (11% administration fee will deducted from all refunds) For cancellations within the 72 hours there is no refund.
There is an 6 adult minimum for cruises to run and will receive a full refund or credit in case the minimum is not met. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will not be refunded.
All cancellations will incur a 11% administration fee which will be deducted from any refund.
Please remember, we cannot control the weather. We still run cruises on windy, overcast and rainy days. We always advise to check the weather before your cruise date.
