Monkey Mia Marine Life Cruise 2 – 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
This cruise is offered only during the Western Australia School Holidays and opens for booking once our Morning Cruise (10:00 AM – 12:30 PM) is nearing capacity. A minimum of 10 adults is required to operate this cruise.
Step aboard the spectacular 18-metre sailing catamaran, Aristocat 2, for a cruise through nature’s aquarium in search of dugongs, sponging dolphins, loggerhead and green turtles, manta rays, and other amazing and endangered marine life. The experience also includes an energising salt spa in the boom net, with multiple vantage points to enjoy the stunning surroundings.
We are the only cruise operator licensed to interact with marine life in the Exclusion Zone. This means as soon as we leave the jetty, we can stop at any time to take full advantage of your marine life sighting experience. We will go in search of marine life including dolphins, dugongs, turtles, rays, and sharks from the moment we leave the jetty.

Marine Life Experience
While we strive to spot wild animals on our Marine Life Cruises, sightings cannot be guaranteed. Our skipper and crew have many years of experience in Shark Bay and will always do their best to find animals for you to observe. Sightings may vary seasonally; dugong season runs from August to May.

What’s not included
- Drinks and snacks are not included in the ticket price. Guests are more than welcome to bring any food or drinks along with them. We do have a variety of drinks and snacks for sale on board.

We do not get off the boat for snorkelling or swimming, all wildlife viewing is done from the boat.
Itinerary
Boarding at the Monkey Mia Jetty at 1.15pm sharp for a 1.30pm departure. Immediately become immersed in natures playground, we are the only cruise operator licensed to interact with marine life in the Exclusion Zone. This means as soon as we leave the jetty, we can stop at any time to take full advantage of your marine life sighting experience.
We arrive back at the Monkey Mia Jetty at 3.30pm

By joining this tour, guests agree to the following conditions:
• Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for the care of their own personal belongings. We recommend keeping electronic items protected at all times. The operator accepts no liability for lost or damaged items.
• Weather Conditions: Please remember, we are unable to control the weather. This tour is subject to weather and sea conditions. The operator reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the tour in the interest of safety. In the event of cancellation due to weather, guests will be offered an alternative date or a refund. We will still run the tour on windy, overcast or rainy days if safe to do so. All tours are at the discretion of the skipper.
• Pet policy: we no longer allow any pets on board only registered service animals with proof of identification.
• Onboard Conduct: For the safety and enjoyment of all passengers, guests are expected to act responsibly and follow crew instructions at all times while on the vessel. Alcohol consumption is permitted but must be done respectfully and responsibly. The crew reserve the right to cut of any alcohol consumption and detain any alcohol brought on board until after the tour.
• Parent/Guardian Disclaimer – Child Supervision & Behaviour: For the safety and enjoyment of all passengers, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during the boat tour. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their child’s behaviour and safety on board. Running, rough play, or any disruptive conduct is strictly prohibited. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in early termination of the tour without refund. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, as the vessel is considered a licensed premises due to our onboard bar.• Please note that our tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. Guests who miss the departure due to late arrival or no-show are not eligible for a refund.

Customers will receive a refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation (11% administration fee will deducted from all refunds) For cancellations within the 24 hours there is no refund.
There is an 10 adult minimum for cruises to run and will receive a full refund or credit in case the minimum is not met. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will not be refunded.
During the WA School Holidays we require a minimum of 48 hours for booking cancellations and date changes.
All cancellations will incur a 11% administration fee which will be deducted from any refund.
Please remember, we cannot control the weather. We still run cruises on windy, overcast and rainy days. We always advise to check the weather before your cruise date. There are no refunds offered for change of mind within 24 hours of the cruise.
